Bingo Land & Title is the DBA of B.Shultz Energy LLC. Brandon Shultz (Brandon) is the managing member of B.Shultz Energy LLC and a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) who works both sides of the ownership table, as a title landman and as a mineral management consultant.

Brandon began as a title landman in May of 2012 in Belmont County, Ohio, where he rose to the top of a project that grew past 80 landmen. In 2013 he moved to Pecos, Texas, where the people of First Baptist Pecos and the AWANA youth program made a hard stretch of West Texas feel like home. Brandon’s 10+ years of experience in the Permian Basin have enabled him to become an ace at title landwork.

That title foundation carries into his work with mineral owners. Brandon has helped operators set up large pay decks, and has helped individual landowners trace their source of title, cure what stands between them and payment, and get out of suspense. Because he has seen division orders from both sides, he can translate between owners and in-house division order teams, which is often what it takes to resolve a conflict. For families who inherit mineral and royalty interests they were never prepared for, his goal is to replace overwhelm with confidence.

Brandon was born, raised and still calls Austin, Texas home. He has been a member of the Austin Professional Landman’s Association (APLA) since 2018, served as the APLA’s Treasurer in ‘21 and ‘22, its Vice President in ‘23, its President in '24, and Vice President again for '26.
