Who is Bingo Land & Title?
Bingo Land & Title Title is the D/B/A of B.Shultz Energy LLC. Brandon Shultz (Brandon) is the managing member of B.Shultz Energy LLC and is a Registered Professional Landman (RPL).
Brandon began working as a title landman in May of 2012 up in Belmont County, Ohio. Through grace and perseverance, he separated himself as one of the top professionals on a project that reached over 80 landmen.
In February of 2013, Brandon earned the right to transfer to West Texas (Pecos, TX) to continue pursuing a career in land, and was privileged to partner with a project manager who had over 35 years of experience in the land business. Brandon's time in Pecos saw him grow exponentially as a professional, while at the same time establishing lifelong personal relationships with members of First Baptist Pecos Church who he served with at the AWANA youth program. Brandon’s 10+ years of experience in the Permian Basin have enabled him to become an ace at title landwork.
Brandon was born, raised and still calls Austin, Texas home. He has been a member of the Austin Professional Landman’s Association (APLA) since 2018, served as the APLA’s Treasurer in ’21 and ’22, its Vice President in '23, and its President in 2024-'25.
